President - Kyle Goehring (2018 - Present)
     Coach Kyle has over a decade of lacrosse experience and is excited to bring his knowledge and experience of lacrosse to a brand new area. He played for Homestead High School where he made the All-State team his Senior year, to earning a scholarship at Indiana Tech where he went on to 2 MCLA Tournament Quarterfinals, along with an All-American award. Kyle had started coaching during his rising Junior year at Southwest Lacrosse's Summer Camps, and went on to be an Assistant Coach at Snider during his Senior Year of college. He then went on to become the Head Coach at Concordia High School for 2 years boasting  13-5 and 14-6 records, and making the IHSLA Tournament in his first season. Kyle was also an Assistant Coach for True Northern Indiana during the summer of 2017, and was a lacrosse counselor at Camp Laurel in Maine in 2016, coaching players from programs such as Haverford Prep, St. Andrew's, Long Island Express, John Jay, Gilman, amongst other New England Prep Schools.

Head Coach - Adam Burton (2022 - Present)
Coach Burt joined the Leo men's program in the spring of 2022 as the head defensive coordinator. Coach Burt is a Fort Wayne native, having attending Bishop Dwenger High School ('17) where his lacrosse career began. He was part of one of the inaugural classes to play lacrosse at Bishop Dwenger, having played almost every position in his 3 years playing, until settling at long pole defense. Following his graduation, he attend Trine University where he played for 4 years with the Thunder, reaching 2 MIAA semifinals before graduating in the spring of 2021.  His coaching career began in the spring of 2022 at Leo underneath Coach Kyle as the head defensive coordinator. After 3 years of leading the defense, Coach Kyle passed the torch to him to lead the program moving forward. Though his first season ended with a 5-9 record, he is optimistic of the future and has continued to work to grow the program as a whole.
